The Behnford's Benefits program is designed to give benefits to our loyal customers. Every product has two prices marked, one regular price and one for Benefits card holders. The Benefits price is up to 20% lower than the regular price. Further Behnfords Benefits advantages will be announced later.

The Behnfords Benefits card is personal and non-transferrable. It is valid for one year at a time and costs €30. Renewal is complementary to customers who have spent over €1000 during the cards validity.

Already a Benefits Customer:

• After you have registered, let us know that you are a Benefits Member by sending us an email webshop@behnfords.fi or by filling our contact request form. Tell us your name, address, email and telephone number, as you have when registered in to the web shop, and that you wish to start using your benefits in our web shop. Within the next two working days you will receive a confirmation that you have been added to our web shop as a Benefits Member and will receive the Benefits discounts also when shopping online. If you make an order before you receive the confirmation, all products will be charged at their normal prices.
  
• To get the Benefits discounts from the web shop, you must log in with your username every time before placing an order.

Joining as a Benefits Customer:

• When purchasing the Membership in our web shop, you must choose the ‘Collect order from store' delivery method and only €0,50 handling fee will be added to the price. You will receive a confirmation of your Membership within the next two working days by email, after which you can shop with Benefits prices. If you place an order before receiving the confirmation, or at the same time as ordering the Membership, all products will be charged at their normal prices.
